A Columbia native, Dr. Carlin graduated cum laude from Clemson University, trained in surgery in Charleston and Alabama, and completed a three-year Plastic & Reconstructive Surgery fellowship at Duke University Medical Center. He holds dual certification from the American Board of Surgery and the American Board of Plastic Surgery, and has practiced in Columbia since 1998.
