Surgical procedures require a deposit upon scheduling, with the remaining balance due two weeks prior to surgery; payments not received by that time will cancel the scheduled surgery. In-office procedures are due in full when services are rendered, and any previous balance must be paid before scheduling additional, non-emergent procedures.
